“ La Valeur de l’Expérience client en assurance”
(The Value of Customer Experience – Insurance).
This study, based on a sample of 6000 French individuals, has allowed analyzing four customer journeys in the universe of Car & Household
and Health Insurance (subscription, accident/repayment, complaints, cancellation), and to benchmark 26 major insurers (14 in damage insurance, 12 in health insurance).
GNResearch awarded the 2017 Best Customer Experience Award to:
– MAAF for the category “Car & Household insurance”
– AXA for the category “Health Insurance”
The awards were presented during the yearly event “Les Trophées de l’Assurance”.
